What prior knowledge is required for the training courses?

No prior knowledge is required for user training courses. However, we require basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Windows) for the administrator training courses.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

No, you determine the group of participants for your training course yourself. However, to ensure that each participant benefits as much as possible from the training, we recommend that you limit the number of participants depending on the training content. This allows our trainers to respond individually to questions and needs and maximise learning success.

Where do Mediaform software training courses take place?

Our training courses are tailored to the wishes of our customers. You have the option of choosing between different training locations:

At our Mediaform location in Bergedorf: Training sessions are held regularly in our conference room in Hamburg-Bergedorf. Here you can benefit from a quiet learning environment and concentrate fully on the training content.
At your premises: Our experts will be happy to visit your company to conduct the training on your own premises. This has the advantage that your employees can work in their familiar environment and be trained directly at their own workstations. This also enables us to respond even better to the specific requirements of your company.
Online training courses: For maximum flexibility, we also offer virtual training courses via an online platform. These webinars are ideal if you need to learn remotely or require training for teams in different locations.

The duration of the training courses varies depending on the content, target group and training format. User training courses usually last half a day to a full day, while administrator training courses or individual training courses can also be scheduled to last several days.
