Document scanners or receipt scanners are used to capture large quantities of forms in the shortest possible time. Laboratories, hospitals, banks and insurance companies use document scanners to digitise and archive forms, documents and orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All document scanner models undergo intensive testing before being approved for use with our software solutions. If the results are positive, they are awarded Mediaform certification.

Depending on the device class, you can opt for a three-year SWAP replacement service (usually on the next working day) or a maintenance contract covering the entire service life of the document scanner. In the event of a defect, one of our specially trained service teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland will also repair the scanner on the next working day.
